2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote on our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you need, and anything you choose to tell us about your project. If you fill out one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the answers you give there with us. That usually includes your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about your project.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers may receive your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, and how you got here. If you came from one of our ads, we also record which ad or campaign brought you, using the tags in the link you clicked.

Spam protection. Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request comes from a person and not an automated program. To do that, Cloudflare looks at information such as your IP address and browser details.

3. How we use information

JCM Construction will use your information to contact you about your project and give you a free estimate. We also use it to:

• schedule and carry out work you hire us for,
• understand how people use our website and improve it,
• measure and improve our advertising, and
• meet legal requirements.

4. Cookies, the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and ads

We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel on our website. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to count visits, see which pages are useful, and tell us when a visit leads to a quote request or a tap on our phone number. Our Google Analytics account is linked to our Google Ads account, and we use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Google and Meta receive information about your visit through these tools and handle it under their own privacy policies.

We also save your ad information (such as the campaign you clicked) in your browser for the length of your visit, so we know which ad brought you in when you send us a request.

After you contact us, we may call or text you about your project, for example to set up your estimate. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text or by telling us on a call.

7. Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, do the work, and keep our business records. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no website or system is 100 percent secure.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

9. Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
